REFUNDS
You may cancel your order and request a refund so long as your package has not been shipped yet. Once it has been shipped, I cannot guarantee a refund. I will not offer refunds due to customer error (misspelled address, wrong product ordered, etc.,) so please review your information thoroughly before placing your order!
If any product arrives damaged, please email me to discuss a course of action.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
I do not accept returns on any orders. If you have received products that are incorrect or damaged, you do not have to send them back. Please email me if this situation arises.
If you're looking to make adjustments to your order, please email be ASAP with your order number and requested changes. Once your order is shipped, I can no longer accept exchanges.
